Depending on the size and number of bedrooms of the home, we offer simple flat rate pricing. Our flat rate pricing includes your bedroom(s), one (1) bathroom, kitchen, and common areas. There is a $30 charge for each additional bathroom. If you have a custom job, a large apartment or home, or an office, we offer an hourly package.
